April is National Donate Life Month

Donate Life Month is a time to honor donors and donor families who have made life-saving gifts to patients in need. It is also a time to raise awareness for the ongoing need for organ, tissue and eye donation. Transplants offer patients a new chance at happy, productive and normal lives and return them to their families, friends and communities.

Here's how you can join the marrow registry Be the Match
Thousands of patients are counting on people like you to help give them the life-saving gift of marrow, peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC), organs and tissue. You can sign up for the national marrow donor registry program in two ways:


  1. In person at a BloodCenter of Wisconsin Marrow registration drive
  2. With a registration kit. You can order a registration kit at Be the Match
